The production process of 1824 is fully underway. Shipment should start in about two weeks. Then I can tell you more details about delivery time.

All the files will be sent to the manufacturer within the next days. The production begins. 

Your orders will be locked on August 14th. Then your credit cards will be charged.

If you haven't filled out the survey yet you should do it within the next week.

Dear backers,

to keep you informed I want to let you know that we are almost done with all the graphic files. They were already sent to the manufacturer for a first print run. 

We still work on the rules but we are almost done with them, too. So production could start within the next few weeks. 

We are perfectly in time. :-)

Please don't forget: If you like to pick up your games at the game fair in Essen, Germany, in October this year then you should choose the Christmas Islands as your home country. In this case no shippind costs are added.

Survey is a little bit delayed

Sorry folks,

I didn't start the pledge manager survey until now because we had to calculate the shipping costs new.

This is good news for East Asian and Australian backers: Their shipping costs are reduced. We use a Chinese shipping center called "VFI". We have no experience with it so far but we were told that you now shouldn't be bothered with customs services.

The game will be a little bit heavier than calculated - it will weigh about 2.75 kilograms (almost 100 ounces). This is because we added some game boards and because of the high quality of the game materials. It is the same weight as 18CZ.

Therefore the shipping fees for three games to the USA and Canada rised - they are now as high as for four games.  

I will start the smoke test today, and then you will receive the survey. Again my apologies for the delay.
